Energy-saving ECOLUFH ™ conveyor belts are designed to reduce the motor power consumption necessary to operate in regions where the generation of electricity is limited and/or where the associated costs need to be optimized.
The rubber covers are specially formulated to reduce rolling resistant on the roller and the effect of indentation (less belt surface in contact with the roller), resulting in energy savings of approximately 10-15%.
In addition to its energy-saving characteristics, it also provides good wear resistance and an effective protection of the bottom cover for a long service life.
