APPLICATIONS

The Thermik ™ conveyor belts are resistant to high temperatures. They can convey a variety of different hot materials: ashes and slags, molding sands, limestone, cement clinker, coke, chemical fertilizers (e.g. urea, ammonium nitrate and others). For conveying materials with temperatures at +200 [° C], the belt surface temperature cannot exceed +180 [°C]. For conveying materials with temperature at +280 [° C], the belt surface temperature cannot exceed +200 [° C].
For special applications we offer the Thermik ™ Optimum, which has a superior high temperature resistant property for special material-conveying of up to 280°C, with a peak temperature of up to 400°C. These belts are manufactured with a high-performance polyester fiber shell called HMLS (High Modulus Low Shrinkage), it maintains a high modulus, high dimensional stability and low shrinkage at very high temperatures.
