BELT PLATE FASTENERS

LUFH-CBS offers its range of solid plate fasteners (clamps) for joining fabric conveyor belts. We provide different sizes of fasteners, from 1" to 3" to meet different customer requirements and needs.

PROPERTIES

· The fasteners have high tensile strength.
· They are interchangeable with competitive models, facilitating installation with power and hand tools.
· The design of the teeth on the top and bottom plates of each fastener set improves their resistance to separation due to a greater penetration of the teeth into the carcass or core of the conveyor belt.

APPLICATIONS

LUFH solid plate fastener joining systems are generally used in heavy-duty applications for conveying bulk material with different abrasive characteristics, such as bauxite, iron ore, sand, gravel and coal.
