COVER RUBBER

Besides the need of vulcanizing cement when splicing or repairing belts, non-vulcanized rubbers are required, such as cover and intermediate rubber sheets and rubber strips.

Non-vulcanized rubber cover sheets are applied in splices of fabric and steel cord conveyor belts and for general purpose belts. They are resistant to very high temperatures, with anti-static, anti-flame and oil resistant properties.

We can supply non-vulcanized rubber cover sheets of different dimensions and using different rubber compounds according to customer requirements and parameters agreed with LUFH.
