The HARDENER is a catalyst to be mixed with CV-1 cement, which will cause the exothermic reaction that activates the vulcanization and confers excellent adhesion properties to the bonding in the belt: rubber to rubber, rubber to fabric, rubber to metal, and fabric to fabric. This product is non-flammable.
