INTERMEDIATE RUBBER

To splice or repair a conveyor belt, in addition to the vulcanizing cement, non-vulcanized rubbers such as cover and intermediate rubber sheets and rubber strips are required.

We can supply non-vulcanized rubber intermediate sheets of different dimensions and using different rubber compounds according to customer requirements and parameters agreed with LUFH.

Non-vulcanized rubber intermediate sheets are applied in the splicing of fabric and steel cord conveyor belts and for general purpose ones. They are resistant to very high temperatures, with antistatic, anti-flame and oil resistant properties.
