UNEQUAL SIZE IMPACT ROLLERS

These support points of the belt in the conveyor's loading zone are made up of three rollers, a central one and two small rollers inclined between 20 to 35 degrees, supported by a metallic base or frame.

Their special feature is that the rollers are built with a rubber ring cover, which absorbs the energy of the impact generated by the material on the belt and reduces its deterioration.

The impact idlers can also be suspended as garland or catenary type, for special applications where the traditional metal base is to be avoided and for better impact absorption and load adaptability.
