EQUAL SIZE IMPACT ROLLERS

These are the support points of the belt in the conveyor's loading zone. They are made up of three rollers, one central and two inclined with an inclination of between 20 and 45 degrees, supported by a metallic base or frame.

Their special feature is that the rollers are manufactured with a rubber ring cover, which absorbs the energy of the impact generated by the material on the belt and reduces deterioration.

The impact idlers can also be suspended as garland or catenary type, for special applications where the traditional metal base is to be avoided and for better impact absorption and load adaptability.
