Polyurethane blade primary cleaners are devices specially designed to absorb impact and allow belt splices to pass through without being damaged.

The polyurethane blade provides effective cleaning and long service life to the conveyor belt system. It can be replaced quickly, reducing maintenance and repair costs. Polyurethane formula is adjusted according to operating requirements, material type and temperature.

· Belt speed: <6,1 m/s (<1200 FPM).
· Temperature: between -20°C and 148°C (-4°F and 300°F).
