U-TYPE POLYURETHANE BLADES

This secondary cleaner maximizes the belt cleaning and features a tungsten carbide-tipped polyurethane blade for toughness and durability.

Its spring-loaded tensioners allow constant pressure of the cleaner blade on the belt.
The design of the set allows for an easy blade replacement, minimizing maintenance and repair costs.

AVAILABLE MODELS

· Belt width: <2000 mm (<80 in).
· Belt speed: <6,1 m/s (<1200 FPM).
· Temperature: between -28°C and 108°C (-20°F and 225°F).

These improve the control of airborne dust by returning excess material to the discharge zone, thus increasing productivity.
