P-TYPE POLYURETHANE BLADES

In this system, a polyurethane blade and pre-stressed rubber tensioners maintain a constant pressure of the cleaner blade on the belt.

Designed to resist wear and absorb impact, this model comes in two presentations: as blade segments and as a single blade. The design of the assembly allows for quick blade replacement, minimizing maintenance and repair costs.

The polyurethane formula can be adjusted according to operating requirements and for other applications.
